Edible Vancouver is a bi-monthly print magazine, connecting people who eat and cook with the farmers, fishers and artisans who produce real food. A few things we believe: wine is food; Kraft Dinner is not. Butter is good; margarine is just yellow gunk. Soil is better than strip malls, food gardens are preferable to lawns, and farmers are our heroes. Welcome to our blog. We’ll be posting every week.
