Dreamy Breakfast Bar?
In the Hollyhock Cooks cookbook, I discovered this recipe for Dream Bars (page 162). Hollyhock filed this under Desserts, but the bars have a lot of good things in them: oats, nuts, dried fruit. So I thought, cut back on the sugar, amp up the fruit, and maybe they’ll make a good breakfast bar.
